Terms of Service

Welcome to Pawpaw Ko. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pawpawko.com and related applications (the "Service"), operated by PAWPAW KO LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Pawpaw Ko helps trading-card collectors catalog their collections, build decks, and discover local collectors to trade with. We provide the tools — we are not a party to, and do not broker, any trade, sale, or exchange between users.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
  • Display names must not impersonate others or contain offensive content; we may require a change or remove names that violate this.

3. Trading Between Users

  • All trades, sales, and meetups arranged through the Service happen at your own risk. Verify card condition and authenticity yourself.
  • Meet in safe, public places. We do not vet users and make no guarantees about any user, listing, or card.
  • Any disputes arising from a trade are between the participants.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (binder names, deck lists, images, profile details). You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display that content as part of operating the Service. Don't post content that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive — we may remove content or suspend accounts that do.

5. Third-Party Card Content

Card names, images, and game data belong to their respective owners — including Bandai Co., Ltd. (One Piece Card Game) and The Pokémon Company / Nintendo / Creatures / GAME FREAK (Pokémon TCG). Pawpaw Ko is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies. "Pawpaw Ko," the Jolly mascot, and our logos are trademarks of PAWPAW KO LLC.

6. Acceptable Use

  • No scraping, bulk-harvesting other users' data, or interfering with the Service.
  • No attempts to bypass security or access other users' accounts or non-public data.
  • No use of the Service for spam, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put other users at risk.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PAWPAW KO LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from trades or interactions between users.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
